The management of Maayan Group returned last week from two major international conferences organized by its global partners — GLOBELINK and WACO.

The first conference, hosted by GLOBELINK, took place between April 16–18 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The event brought together senior executives from across the global network, alongside agents from around the world. This annual conference was held for the first time in three years following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alongside intensive discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and opening new markets — in which Maayan Group’s management played a key role — the event also featured themed social gatherings inspired by the Middle Ages and Game of Thrones.

The second conference was held in Sorrento, Italy, as part of the WACO AGM 50th Anniversary. Founded in 1973, the WACO network marked its 50th anniversary, with Maayan Group — recently appointed as its exclusive representative in Israel in January 2023 — participating for the first time. The conference was attended by senior executives from 121 member companies across the global network.

During the event, Maayan Group’s management conducted approximately 40 one-on-one meetings with leading agents from around the world. At the gala dinner held at Villa Zagara, Maayan Group was officially presented with its certificate of appointment as a member of the global network.
In addition, Michael Even, VP Commercial, delivered a presentation on Israel’s economy and introduced Maayan Group’s activities to all partners.
