Following years of parallel operations and close professional collaboration, Maayan Customs and Maayan Overseas are completing a strategic consolidation process. As part of this move, all activities will be unified under one legal entity and a single company name: Maayan Logistics (1977) Ltd.
According to the group’s announcement, the merger is expected to come into effect at the beginning of 2026. It forms part of a broader strategic initiative focused on operational efficiency, system integration, and strengthening the organizational infrastructure. The move is designed to enhance service continuity, control, and efficiency in working with customers, suppliers, and partners across the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Beyond the technical unification of two companies, the initiative represents a shift toward operating as a single, unified organization with a clear and consistent approach. As a result, customers, agents, and suppliers will no longer need to coordinate with separate departments, but rather work מול a single official entity.
Internally, the consolidation enables more efficient processes, while externally it ensures a more precise, consistent, and faster service experience.
The merger brings together under one roof all core activities, including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, operations, and accounting — supported by advanced data management infrastructure and control systems.
As part of the process, D2V has supported the development of tools enabling the management of the unified operations, contributing to modernization and process optimization across the organization.
The company also confirmed that it will continue to operate as a neutral player in the market, including its role as an NVOCC, while maintaining a business model that respects and collaborates with all partners in the industry.
